We are seeking a Senior Game Producer with proven expertise in Real-Money Gaming (RMG) and Remote Game Server (RGS) operations. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of RMG titles – from ideation and production through certification, RGS/RMS release, and live operations. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity, compliance, and technology – guiding game development, ensuring flawless RGS integration, and driving regulatory and certification processes across multiple jurisdictions. A strong understanding of game math models, RNG, compliance frameworks, and multi-operator RGS pipelines is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end game development: ideation, planning, execution, testing, certification, launch, and live ops. Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, math, art, QA, engineering, compliance, release) to deliver high-quality games on schedule. Oversee RGS integration, audits, certification, and release management, ensuring RMS and regulatory compliance across markets.  Work with technical teams on RGS architecture, APIs, and multi-operator distribution. Liaise with compliance/legal teams and certification labs (GLI, BMM) for submissions, audits, and approvals. Maintain documentation, reporting, and change management for compliance and certification. Validate RNG certification, RTP/volatility modeling, and game math fairness with math designers. Support innovative mechanics (slots, table games, jackpots, bonuses) while ensuring compliance. Monitor live performance, coordinate updates/fixes, and drive player engagement through analytics and live ops campaigns.  Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, partners, and operators. Communicate status, risks, and priorities to leadership while driving best practices in production and compliance workflows. Required Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Game Design, Computer Science, Business, or related field.  8+ years of production experience, with at least 5 years in RMG / casino gaming. Hands-on experience with Remote Game Servers (RGS): integration, certification, audits, and release management. Strong knowledge of casino game mechanics: slots, table games, card games, jackpots, and bonus features. In-depth understanding of RNG certification, RTP, volatility modeling, and game math validation. Familiarity with RGS architecture, APIs, and multi-operator pipelines. Experience handling regulatory, compliance, certification, and audit requirements across multiple markets. Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and risk management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with internal teams, external labs, and operators. Knowledge of player retention, engagement, and monetization metrics (DAU, MAU, ARPU, CPI, LTV). Experience managing progressive jackpots, multiplayer features, or promotional frameworks via RGS. Familiarity with payment systems, wallets, and KYC/AML integration. Certifications in PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Prince2 are a plus.
