Hi,
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Adept at managing administrative activities involving the purchase of equipments, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, security, and surveillance
Maintaining attendance of housekeeping and security and filing work.
Planning and preparing monthly reports and sending it to the superior.
Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipments, appliances, furniture, and AMC activities.
Vendor Management, Asset Management, and Event coordination of the organization.
Supervising administrative activities like verification of stationery stock, petty cash, cafeteria materials purchase and stock maintenance, courier florist, pest control, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
Must have two wheeler and should be willing to travel inside Chennai
Arranging Cabs for the employees if required
**Required Skillset**:
Should have 2 years of experience in admin field
Good communication skills - both in verbal and written
Negotiation Skills
Team working skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
**Educational Qualification**: Any Degree
**Experience**: 2 Years
**Salary Package**: 15k take home
**Job Location**: Perungulathur
**Shift Schedule**: 6 days (Mon-Sat) (General Shift)
Looking for an immediate joiner or within a month’s time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
