**The Company**:
Mahalaxmi RubTech Limited, Sanand is an established Public Limited Company engaged in Manufacturing & Export of high quality, Speciality Rubber Products, like Offset Printing Blankets and Rubber Coated Fabrics.

Company is looking for Degree / Diploma Holders in Rubber Technology, with minimum exposure of 3 to 5 years of new developments, Quality Control & Upgradation.

Primary duties would include Quality Control, Rubber Testing, RM assessment, New Product Development, FG Sample Testing, Ongoing innovation in Rubber Formulations and Compounding, Process upgradation.

HIGH PREFERENCE TO CANDIDATES STAYING AT / AROUND SANAND OR WILLING TO RELOCATE AT SANAND.
