**Foam Machine Operation**: Set up, operate, and monitor various machines for Foam cutting and shaping.
- Load and unload materials, position them correctly, and ensure proper setup of machinery.
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensure accuracy against specifications, and make necessary adjustments to the machines.
- Read and interpret work orders, job tickets, and diagrams to understand cutting specifications.
- Clean and lubricate machines, blades, and saws; report and address equipment malfunctions.
- Sort and organize cut foam pieces, and package finished products as needed.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Review job standards before running production
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Operate and monitor foam production machines, including mixing, pouring, and curing processes. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on foam production equipment to maintain optimal performance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Maintain detailed records of production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered. Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products as needed
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- **Experience**: 1 to 5 years of experience in operating foam production or similar industrial equipment. operating foam cutting machinery is often preferred. 1
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- **Technical Skills**: Ability to read and interpret instructions, understand machine operations, and perform basic quality checks.
- **Qualifications**: ITI, Diploma or equivalent (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
