RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely delivery of part/sub-part of a ticket
- Conduct regular production code quality checks through coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Interacting with Product Managers to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Mentoring SDE-Is and supporting the development of their career track.
- Work closely with senior engineers for refining the design and implementation.
- Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments through sprint planning
- Assist directly and indirectly in the continual hiring and development of technical talent. SKILLS
- 2-4 years of experience in an engineering role.
- Essential skills required are Java, Spring boot, MySQL, PostgreSQL & Kotlin Backend Technologies.
- Good to have experience in Node.js, Nest.js
- Experience with an early-stage start-up or been part of project teams of less than 100 engineers MUST HAVE

**Salary**: ₹2,488,324.82 - ₹2,721,651.60 per year
