**Position: Operator ITI**

**Location: Silvassa**

**Requisites**:

- ITI certification in Fitter / Electrician / Mechanical or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a pharma formulation plant.
- Willing to work in shifts and be stationed at Silvassa.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery and operations.
- Ability to follow written instructions, SOPs, and batch documentation accurately.
- Awareness of safety and hygiene practices in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Good teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor equipment such as tablet machines, capsule filling machines, blister packing machines, strip packing, granulators, mixers, or coating machines, depending on the assigned section.
- Ensure proper cleaning, setup, and operation of equipment before and after each batch.
- Maintain machine output as per production targets and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety practices while operating machinery.
- Record operational details in logbooks and batch manufacturing records (BMRs).
- Assist in minor troubleshooting and escalate maintenance issues promptly.
- Clean equipment and the surrounding area post batch completion as per cGMP.
- Work in coordination with the quality and engineering departments to ensure product and process compliance.
