**About Us**:
Iprint is a leading provider of school solution products, including identity cards, student belts, ties for schools and colleges, and mementos. We are expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join us as Field Sales & Marketing Executives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential schools, colleges, and institutions to promote Iprint products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and decision-makers.
- Conduct field visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate more business.
- Coordinate with the internal team to fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in field sales or marketing (Freshers can also apply).
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; a degree in business/marketing is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- **Must Have**: Own vehicle for travel.
- **Language**: Tamil and English preferred.
