**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **QA Tester (Fresher)** to join our growing team at iGex Solutions. As a QA Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in Quality Assurance with hands-on experience in testing, debugging, and improving software quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development of test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Perform functional and regression testing to ensure the product is free from defects.
- Report defects, track bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Perform basic analysis of test results and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and ensure testing aligns with product specifications.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall quality assurance process.

**Requirements**:

- A recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and basic testing concepts.
- Familiarity with testing tools and techniques (manual and automation testing).
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Attention to detail, with an ability to identify issues and suggest improvements.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Passionate about technology and quality assurance.
