**Job Title**: QA Tester

**Location**: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Test Planning & Execution**:

- Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- **Bug Tracking & Reporting**:

- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and re-test fixes.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure software functionality aligns with business and technical requirements.
- Conduct regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Suggest improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the implementation of QA best practices.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams during the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve user experience and product quality.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in software testing or QA.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience in writing automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
