We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Male Sales Executive to join our team. **Qualifications**:

- Freshers/Experienced.
- BBA/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record in sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling.
- Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective buyers.
- Provide guidance and assist clients in making informed decisions regarding property investments.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up with clients to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.

**Salary**:

- Competitive salary upto **30,000** INR (**Plus Incentives**) based on qualifications and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
