**Academic Guidance**:

- Assisting students with course selection and registration.
- Helping students understand graduation requirements and program expectations.
- Guiding students in developing personalized academic plans.
- Providing information about academic policies and procedures.
- Supporting students in making informed decisions about their academic future.
- **Career Planning**:

- Providing advice on career paths and job opportunities.
- Assisting students with resume writing, interview skills, and job searching.
- Connecting students with alumni and internship opportunities.
- **Student Support**:

- Addressing student concerns about academic, emotional, or social issues.
- Referral to mental health resources if needed.
- Mediation of conflicts between students and teachers.
- Improving parent/teacher relationships.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Participating in student recruitment and retention efforts.
- Adhering to state and federal mandates regarding education and student aid.
- Maintaining student records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinating and conducting informational sessions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
