We’re looking for a compassionate Academic Counselor to support students in academic, career, and personal development. You’ll guide students through course selection, career exploration, and offer emotional support, helping them overcome challenges and reach their goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic guidance and career counseling.
- Offer personal support and crisis intervention.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create student success plans.
- Lead workshops on study skills and time management.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree
- Relevant certification or licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
