**Job Title**: Caretaker - Commercial Building

**Reports To**: Building Manager / Facility Supervisor
**Employment Type**: Full time
**Salary**: 18000-20000

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily inspections of the building’s common areas, restrooms, entrances, and exterior spaces.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
- Monitor and report any damage, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to the Building Manager.
- Assist with minor maintenance and repair tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, fixing door locks).
- Coordinate with external contractors or vendors for specialized maintenance (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Open and close the building when required; ensure premises are secure.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests or emergencies.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role (caretaker, janitor, or facility support) preferred.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to handle tools and equipment safely.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
