**JOB DESCRIPTION OF A MIS EXECUTIVE**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
MIS Report Generation: Compile and analyse data from various sources to generate accurate and timely MIS reports. Develop and maintain automated reports using advanced Excel functions and other tools. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all reports.

Data Analysis: Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to provide valuable insights. Work closely with different departments to understand data requirements and provide customized reports as needed.

Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel features and functions for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. Create and maintain Excel templates for regular reporting purposes.

Calling Activity: Engage in outbound calling activities to gather relevant information and updates. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and update documentation related to MIS processes and procedures. Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to the management.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide support in data-related matters.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including **VLOOKUP**, PivotTables, and complex formulae. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in calling activities is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
