**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Collect, consolidate, and manage data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- **Reporting**: Generate and distribute reports to stakeholders, summarizing key performance indicators, trends, and insights.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to management.
- **Dashboard Development**: Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track and monitor performance metrics.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- **Documentation**: Maintain documentation of data sources, processes, and procedures to ensure transparency and consistency.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, address issues, and support data-driven decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
