**Female Primary Grades Mathematics Teacher**:
**Job Title**: Female Mathematics Teacher - Primary Grades
**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: Academic Coordinator / Principal

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver effective mathematics lessons for primary grade levels (Grades 1-5).
- Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity and a love for numbers.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and tools (visual, hands-on, digital) to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through classwork, assignments, and formal assessments.
- Provide regular feedback to students and communicate progress with parents.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and review curriculum plans.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (B.Ed preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the primary level.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about working with young children and nurturing their learning.
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches and digital tools.
- Ability to maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with [Insert curriculum used, e.g., CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, IB, etc.].
- Training in child psychology or early childhood education.
- Proficiency in using smart boards and educational technology.
- Multilingual abilities (English proficiency is a must).

**Salary**:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
