**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Garage Operations**: Oversee maintenance, servicing, and repairs of fleet vehicles, ensuring timely dispatch, vehicle bookings, and smooth operations.
- **Staff Supervision & Coordination**: Supervise garage staff (mechanics, helpers, etc.), ensuring high productivity, safety standards, and effective traffic management for fleet vehicles.
- **Fleet Maintenance & Compliance**: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and documentation requirements.
- **Driver Liaison & Performance Monitoring**: Coordinate with drivers for proper vehicle use, monitor performance, fuel efficiency, and adherence to schedules to minimize delays and ensure operational readiness.

**Requirement**:
3-4 years of experience in transport field is must.
