**Job Title: Real Estate Tele caller**

**Location**: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 0-3 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
- Explain property details, project features, and investment benefits.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable real estate projects.
- Follow up on leads and maintain client databases.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain daily call reports and share feedback with the team.
- Handle basic inquiries and redirect complex queries to sales executives.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English.
- Confidence and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in tele calling, or real estate sales is an advantage.

**Work Schedule**:

- [Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM]
