We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our team at **[Pilot Training Institute]**.

**2. Proficiency in Canva**: Ability to design eye-catching graphics for social media, flyers, and Editing educational videos

**3. Strong Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication.

**4. Social Media Management**:Knowledge of researching competitor strategies and creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

**5. Organizational Skills**: Capability to handle administrative tasks and coordinate efficiently.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Design and post content on social media channels.
- Analyze competitor strategies and suggest improvements.
- Manage and analyze data in Excel for administrative purposes.
- Assist with event planning and coordination. - Ensure seamless communication between team members.

**Requirements: -**
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred). or Internship may be offered
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Must have your own computer/laptop
