**_Key responsibilities:_**
- **Process Mapping and Analysis**:
Creating detailed process flowcharts to visualize current operations, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- **Data Collection and Analysis**:
Gathering data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics to inform improvement initiatives.
- **Continuous Improvement Projects**:
Leading cross-functional teams in implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes, reduce variation, and eliminate waste.
- **Change Management**:
Facilitating change within the organization by communicating the benefits of process improvements and supporting employee adoption.
- **Performance Monitoring**:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements and identify areas for further optimization.
- **Stakeholder Management**:
Collaborating with diverse departments and leadership to align process improvement initiatives with overall business goals
