The centre would focus on augmenting AGCO's global IT and Digital capability and investment in high-quality technology, innovation, and R&D talent.
The teams will be an integral part of AGCO's global ecosystem. They will work as part of a global cross-function and cross-cultural team, working together to deliver AGCO's purpose to provide Farmer-focused solutions to sustainably feed our world and our vision to be the Trusted partner for industry-leading, smart farming solutions.**Who We Are Looking For**:
The primary responsibility of the position is monitoring of the training project, creating and updating their status into the project board (Microsoft Azure Board)
The position will also be reponsible to maintain up to date the global curriculum program, The incumbent wil be part of the training information and content development team that has the responsability to both technically train AGCO employees and create the technical training document.This position has an international dimension and will include worldwilde travels.
**What you will do**:
- Monitoring the training project, creating and updating their status into the project board (Microsoft Azure Board)
- Track and administrate the training session in the LMS (SAP Success Factor) Maintain up to date the global curriculum program (make the change request, organise the translation of the course description, control the revision)
- Manage the translation request with the dedicated team, track the budget spent, monitor the translation progress and deliver the files on our server Manage the ticket system, keep it up to date and direct the request to the right person via Azure Boards
**Who you are**:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Able to collaborate with internal teams, external teams, and management to ensure requirements are being met and projects are kept on schedule.
- Exbibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate excellent follow-up, time management and organization skills
- Has strong interpersonal skills
**What you will bring**:
- Bachelors Degree
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Project management
- LMS knowledge Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
