**Eligibility**

1.Minimum Qualification is 12th Pass required. Copy of Certificate

2.Adhaar, PAN, Copy

3.Bank statement copy with address.

4.Police Verification Receipt( PVR).

5.PVR Application receipt while onboarding

6.Ready to travel by any Mode of Transport. ( Bike, Electric bike, Bycyle, Etc.)

7.Agent Must have Android phone in which he can Install App which is required for Door step Banking

8.Planning of Agents onboarding required pincode wise in the cities

9.Three Agents in each pin code is required in the cities mentioned.

10.Vehicle details: RC, Insurance-Valid copy, Driving Licence.

11.Sourcing and Activation of agents for Door Step Banking.

**Services are (Must have knowledgde about basic bank branch Services)**

1.Jeevan Praman Certificate Generation

2.Cheque requisition sleep deposit into Bank( delivery to Bank)

3.Cheque Book pickup from bank and delivery to Customer

4.Cash withdrawal services etc.

5.Add/Edit/Cancel Nominee Form ( delivery to Bank)

6Cheque Book Requisition Slip ( delivery to Bank)

7.Demand Draft ( delivery to customer)

8.Fund Transfer( delivery to Bank)

9.IT/GST Challan ( delivery to Bank)

10.Non-personalised Cheque Book ( delivery to customer)

11.Pay Orders ( delivery to customer)

12.Pickup Cheque ( delivery to customer)

13.Request Account Statement ( delivery to customer)
