We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Night Shift Telecaller with a **US accent**. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in the United States. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, promote our products/services, and convert leads into sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the United States during night shifts.
- Engage in effective conversations to generate leads and promote products/services.
- Build rapport with customers and create a positive impression of the company.
- Provide information about the company's products, services, and promotions.
- Identify and understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in spoken English with a natural US accent is essential.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with customers and overcome objections.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift schedule.

**Note**: This position requires working during night hours to align with the US time zone.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
