Roles and Responsibility
- Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Helping patients with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices if necessary.
- Providing support to patients in moving around the healthcare facility.
- Ensuring patients are in a safe environment and taking preventive measures to minimize the risk of falls and injuries.
- Responding to patient calls for assistance and addressing their needs promptly.
- Regularly measuring and recording vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiratory rate.
- Notifying healthcare staff promptly if any vital signs are outside of normal ranges.
- Keeping patient rooms clean and organized.
- Changing bed linens and ensuring overall room hygiene.

Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized Patient Care Attendant or Nursing Assistant training program is preferred.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care procedures.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a healthcare team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, lifting, and moving patients.
