**Region APC > Service APAC > Resource Pool India Team 6** Resource pool India is part of Service Operation Support - Within Service Operations, handles -both Service Special Project task as well Resource support & handling Commissioning technicians to support across Asia projects in line with service operations guidelines to meet the contractual obligations with customers. **Responsibilities** - As a Special Project Assistant - Play Key Role in Project Initiation, execution, controlling and closing project - Acting as a Bridge Between Site team, Internal/ External Stake Holders and Management - Prepare Project Budgeting in alignment with Project Manager/ Coordinator - Monthly Cost Monitoring/ allocation - Budgeted vs actuals and try optimization wherever possible - Ensuring Timely Material and Tools availability as per project requirement - Initiation of Purchase Requestion ensure PO process for project requirements - Monthly Invoicing / GRN in system as per actuals **Qualifications** - Bachelor of Engineering any discipline - 4 to 8 years of working experience in handling projects **Competencies** - Good communication and presentation skills and ability to solve problems - SAP ERP software knowledge is required - Sales force software knowledge is added advantage - Proficient in the MS Office 365 and knowledge in Power BI preferably - Project management certification like Prince 2 / PMP will be a added advantage - Should be a good choice **What We Offer** You'll have the opportunity to help strengthen the position of Vestas in a key market for the company with excellent perspectives of growth.
