**Accounting Associate**

To ensure the Accounts Payable & Receivable Departments are maintained for M/A-COM as a member of the Shared Services Finance Team

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Processing of Accounts Payable invoices on SAP
- Follow up on AP Queries with vendors and M/ACOM Supply Chain Team
- Processing Offices Expenses for INDIA
- Vendor reconciliations.
- Dealing with internal & External agents
- Requesting remittances details from customers
- Send Customer Statements and follow up on overdue invoices
- Address/resolve customer queries
- Weekly reporting of accounts receivable.
- Provide cover for other members of the Finance Team
- Ad hoc duties as required from time to time

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- 3+ years of working knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes and urge to learn

- Excellent written and spoken ENGLISH
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command over Microsoft tools
