Provide data, analysis and insights to support strategy development and data-driven business decisions
Perform analyses and reporting on data related to customer acquisition, retention, and activation
Develop reporting/dashboards to monitor key marketing and customer metrics, including LTV and segment analysis
Perform analyses and reporting on promotional activity and margin/lift impact
Developing customized dashboards using Power BI; presenting insights
Web analytics capabilities a plus

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Strong communicator - able to translate between business, finance, marketing and technology
Strong initiative - identifies areas of opportunity/voids/curiosity and pursues
