Client Service Executive(Event Industry)

Key Responsibilities
- **Client Engagement**:Serve as the main point of contact, understanding client needs, objectives, and expectations for their events.
- **Event Planning**:Collaborate with internal teams to develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets that meet client goals.
- **Logistics Management**:Coordinate all aspects of the event, including venue selection, catering, transportation, audio-visual setup, and accommodation.
- **Vendor Coordination**:Liaise with and manage vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources and ensure they deliver on their commitments.
- **On-Site Support**:Provide hands-on support during events to ensure smooth execution, managing staff, and resolving any issues that arise.
- **Relationship Management**:Maintain and build strong client relationships through proactive communication, follow-ups, and addressing client inquiries promptly.
- **Budget Oversight**:Monitor event budgets and manage expenses to ensure all financial constraints are met.
- **Performance Tracking**:Track and report on event performance, providing feedback and insights to improve future events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- **Communication**:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- **Organizational Skills**:Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving**:Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and provide solutions under pressure.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- **Creativity**:Ability to develop innovative and customized solutions to meet unique client requirements.
- **Experience**:Previous experience in event management, client servicing, or a related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
