The Event Manager will be responsible for handling client services, managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining clear communication. They will oversee customer service operations to ensure smooth and effective event execution.Its very important to have exposure in Servicing Both Government and Corporate Clients and leading the various accounts.One should be able to create Costings and presentations as per the client needs.QualificationsExperience in Client Services and Client RelationsStrong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer ServiceExcellent Communication skills with strong efficiency in MS Excel and PPT.Ability to work effectively in a team and independentlyBachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in AI Tolls and designing is a plus.
