We are hiring CNC Operator
Job role: CNC Operator

Work Location: Perundurai

Shift days: 7 Days

Roles and Responsibilities:

- **Machine Setup and Operation**:Setting up the CNC machine, including loading materials, tools, and fixtures, and entering the correct program to begin production.
- **Blueprint Reading and Interpretation**:Understanding technical drawings, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate machining.
- **Programming CNC Machines**:Translating design specifications into machine-readable instructions for the CNC machine to follow.
- **Monitoring Machine Performance**:Observing the CNC machine during operation, making adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency, and identifying and resolving any malfunctions.
- **Quality Control**:Inspecting finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.
- **Troubleshooting**:Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the machining process, including mechanical or programming errors.
- **Maintenance and Cleaning**:Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating moving parts, replacing worn tools, and keeping the machine and work area clean.
- **Safety Compliance**:Following all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Collaboration**:Working with engineers, designers, and other team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues.
