CNC Operator

**Job Summary**:
The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and products. The role involves interpreting blueprints, ensuring precise machining of materials, monitoring machine operations, and performing quality checks to meet product specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup**: Set up and adjust CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and routers, to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- **Operate CNC Machines**: Operate CNC machines according to established procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient machining processes.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand the requirements of each project.
- **Quality Control**: Perform regular inspections of parts using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.) to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
- **Maintenance**: Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines, ensuring they are kept in good working order. Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions.
- **Material Handling**: Load and unload materials for machining, ensuring proper alignment and placement of workpieces on the machine.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve minor machine malfunctions and issues with parts production.
- **Safety**: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain records of machine settings, production output, and any machine adjustments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
