Roles & Responsibilities:
Background

The heavy duty precision components made by the Machine Shop form the core/heart of

the extrusion machinery made by the company, and incorporates the proprietary

technology of the company. The performance and life of the extrusion machinery are

directly dependent on the quality of these components

Responsible for
- Leading the in house machining operations of the company meeting the delivery and

quality specifications in a made to order environment.
- Efficient utilisation of the assets, achieving high Uptime and Productivity
- Achieving and improving the quality of the products and achieving Fist Time Right.
- Planning and coordinating of input materials, tools, consumable and maintenance
- Driving HSE and 5S in the assigned operations
- Collaborating with peer departments for NPD, and new manufacturing process
- Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process
- Developing and mentoring the Production team
- Maintain cordial industrial relations with workmen

Core Skills and Knowledge

HMC, VMC, VTL, CNC Milling, Gun Drilling, Boring, Honing, Grinding, Welding

Hard chrome Plating, Nitriding, Specialised Coating

Trained in problem solving techniques

Knowledge of ISO/ERP/SAP environment

Knowledge of specialised raw materials

Proficient in MS Office tools

Machine maintenance, Calibration, Refurbish

Problems Solving Techniques, TPM, Lean techniques

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
