**Key Responsibilities**
- Program, set up, and operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure the accuracy of machine settings and the quality of finished products.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a VMC or CNC Programmer.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
- **Education**: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of machining processes and tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
