The role requires adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.Qualifications Proficiency in VMC operations and programming, including the ability to create and modify CNC programs Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprint interpretations, and geometric dimensions/tolerances Experience in machine setup, tooling selection, and work-holding techniques Knowledge of inspection tools and quality control standards for precision engineering Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety Experience in operating other types of CNC machinery is a plus Relevant certifications or a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
