**2. Curriculum Planning & Implementation**
- Designing age-appropriate lesson plans
- Integrating play-based and hands-on learning activities
- Teaching basic concepts like numbers, letters, colors, and shapes

**3. Child Development & Learning**
- Encouraging cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth
- Observing and assessing children's progress
- Adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs

**4. Communication & Collaboration**
- Engaging with parents to discuss children's development
- Working with other teachers and staff for a cohesive learning experience
- Organizing parent-teacher meetings and workshops

**5. Health & Safety**
- Ensuring a clean and secure classroom environment
- Teaching personal hygiene and healthy habits
- Being trained in first aid and emergency response

**6. Emotional & Social Development**
- Teaching conflict resolution and emotional regulation
- Encouraging teamwork, sharing, and kindness
- Supporting children in developing self-confidence and independence

**7. Creativity & Engagement**
- Using storytelling, art, music, and drama for interactive learning
- Encouraging curiosity and imaginative play
