**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy **Content Creator & Videographer** to manage YouTube and Instagram content. You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, posting, and growing our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Shoot and edit videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
- Create short, engaging mental wellness content.
- Handle video setup, sound, and lighting for therapy-based content.
- Post and schedule content on Instagram and YouTube.
- Engage with audiences, analyze reach, and suggest creative improvements.
- Work closely with the therapist team to film real-time sessions, testimonials, and workshops (as per privacy policy).

**Requirements**:

- Basic skills in videography and video editing (mobile editing or apps like CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of YouTube and Instagram trends.
- Any degree (media, arts, or communication background preferred).
- Creative thinker with good visual storytelling ability.
- Must be based in or near Salem.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience in health/wellness content.
- Skills in photography and social media marketing.
