We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer - UX Designer to join our global team across regions.

Our team is responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking applications, financial mobile & tablet apps and web applications.

  • Designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking applications, financial mobile & tablet apps and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into manageable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest standards, changes and trends in the mobile design field.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Banking experience is preferable
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System
  • Experience working in an Agile, Scrum environment
  • Deep understanding of Apple's human interface design guidelines, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including Google's material design, and mobile-first concept
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools and other relevant design tools
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and AngularJS.
  • Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral (banners, booths, brochures, social media assets) in addition to digital product design.
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and the ability to showcase relevant work.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
