_**Social Media Management**:_
- Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and audience interests.
- Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms.
- _**Content Creation and Caption Writing**:_
- Write creative, compelling, and brand-aligned captions for posts across social media platforms.
- Conduct hashtag research and use relevant keywords to maximize reach and engagement.
- _**Paid Campaign Management**:_
- Design, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive leads, traffic, and sales.
- Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to campaign strategies for maximum ROI.
- _**Analysis and Reporting**:_
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign results to improve future strategies.
- _**Lead Follow-Up**:_
- Collaborate with the Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) team to ensure timely follow-up on leads generated through digital campaigns.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for conversion.
- **Google My Business Management**:

- Manage and optimize the Google My Business (GMB) profile to increase local search visibility and engagement.
- **Personal Branding for Director (LinkedIn)**:

- Manage and enhance the personal brand of the Director on LinkedIn, including creating and posting engaging content that aligns with the Director’s professional goals and image.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Expertise in running paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging captions and content.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns effectively.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly with the CRE team for lead follow-ups.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
