**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy Development**: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor paid and organic campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- **SEO/SEM**: Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve rankings and traffic.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow brand presence across social media channels through targeted campaigns and engagement.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to measure campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on branding and messaging.

**Key Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing roles, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- **Technical Expertise**: Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
- **SEO/SEM Knowledge**: Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and search engine algorithms.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to generate innovative ideas to attract target audiences and drive engagement.
- **Project Management**: Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
- Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.
- Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
