**Job Overview: Student Counsellor**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation and Admissions**:

- Generate leads through various channels, including social media, events, and referrals.
- Ensure enrolment targets are met by effectively communicating program benefits to potential students.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly student enrolment targets through effective counselling and lead management strategies.\

**2. Counselling Sessions**:

- Provide personalized counselling sessions to prospective students to understand their aspirations, career interests, and academic backgrounds, recommending course of Digital Marketing.
- Provide prospective students with insights into how our programs can help them achieve their career goals.

**3. Follow-up Management**:

- Support Students throughout the admission process by addressing inquiries, guiding them through required documentation, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, ensuring that course is offered in a timely manner and meet the needs of students and faculty.
- Respond to student inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about course, offerings, and enrolment procedures.

**5. Collaboration**:
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to develop strategies for increasing enrolments and improving student satisfaction.

Share insights from counselling sessions with the team to refine marketing strategies and program offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in counselling, admissions, or a related role in an educational institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours: 10am - 7pm

Location: Sector 67, Noida

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
