**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales and Reservations Executive based in South Delhi. The Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, managing reservations and converting the incoming leads into successful bookings, providing customer service, and aiding in the planning and coordination of travel itineraries. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, processing bookings, offering tailored accommodation solutions, and addressing any issues that may arise during the travel process. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

**Requirements**:

- 4 to 5 years of experience in travel sales (International Process - **US Process**) or reservations
- Preferably having experience from the **Travel/ Hospitality industry** with a knowledge of **US travel market**
- Excellent communication, sales acumen and presentation skills
- High energy levels, good analytical & problem solving skills, positive attitude.
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills
- Comfort working in a **permanent night shift**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
