**About the Role**

Cogoport is looking for an honest, humble person who can take the responsibility for establishing and deploying the required business processes to set the company apart in terms of customer experience. The objective of this role is to improve processes related to Supplier Relations and vendor management function at Cogoport

**Responsibilities**
- You would have following Roles and Responsibilities_:
**Process Optimization and Excellence**: Analyze and process the supplier and supplier relations team performance data received and optimize the business processes as per the feedback collected from teams.

**Process Implementation**: Your role will encompass setting up the guidelines and issuing resolution SOPs for Supplier Relations function. Creating training materials for business functions.

**Quality Control**: Ensure the adherence with the set quality standards for Supplier Relations teams. Drive the improvements needed in the product and process as per the QC data.

**Business Intelligence**: Enable business intelligence and dashboards needed by the Supplier Relations team to ensure data-driven decision making.

**Qualifications**
- Educational Background: Engineering Graduates with MBA from Recognized institutes.
- Work Experience:

- You should possess minimum 2-3 years of work experience with process excellence / process management.
- Exposure to Data Analytics tools and techniques (SQL + any of the visualization tools) is a plus
- As an individual, you should be decisive and result oriented. You should be able to develop new processes in support of the organisation's business strategies, with a direct impact on business unit/ functions overall results.
- You should also be able to work independently without a structured workflow or supervision and can influence senior management to support your projects and propose process changes.
- Having a good facilitation skills is necessary.
