**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of solar energy projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams to ensure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors to support project execution.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to senior management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to support project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, design principles, and installation practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
