**Job Title**: Outbound Sales Agent

**Experience**:

- Graduate fresher with excellent communication skills
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or tele-sales

**Salary**:

- ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 + Incentives

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls to promote Bankedge courses
- Understand customer needs and suggest relevant courses and programs
- Follow up on leads, build strong customer relationships, and convert leads to enrollments
- Update CRM records accurately and track all interactions and conversions
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented and sales-driven mindset
- Ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively

**Location**:

- Pune

**Office Address**:
