**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Select appropriate tools, cutters, and fixtures for machining operations.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy by performing in-process and final inspections using measuring instruments like micrometers, vernier calipers, dial gauges, and bore gauges.
- Adjust machine settings, tool offsets, and cutting parameters to optimize performance.
- Troubleshoot and rectify machining issues to ensure high-quality output.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-5 years** of experience in CNC turning machine operation and setup.
- Strong knowledge of **G-code and M-code** programming.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments for quality checks.
- Understanding of different materials, cutting speeds, and feed rates.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming and toolpath optimization is an added advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a related field.
- Experience in machining **mold parts, press tool plates, and high-precision components**.
