Vaccine Buddy is a pioneering healthcare startup specializing in at-home vaccination services. Our goal is to make vaccination safe, accessible, and convenient for individuals and families. As a nurse with Vaccine Buddy, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering these services directly to patients’ doorsteps.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer vaccines at patients’ homes in compliance with standard medical protocols.

2. Educate patients and caregivers about the vaccination process, benefits, and potential side effects.

3. Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of vaccines to maintain their efficacy.

4. Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and vaccination details.

5. Adhere to safety and infection control guidelines during home visits.

6. Address patient concerns with professionalism and compassion.

7. Report daily activities and updates to the central coordination team.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: GNM or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Prior experience in vaccination or home healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid registration with the Nursing Council of India.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi/English and/or the local language.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong clinical skills in administering injections.
- Empathy and excellent patient-care abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone/computer usage for documentation and communication.

Pay: ₹12,306.93 - ₹40,000.00 per month
