The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports the marketing and branding objectives of all brands within the Company. This role requires a creative and skilled individual with a strong understanding of visual communication principles and a passion for design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and develop visually appealing and engaging graphics for various marketing channels, including**:

- **Social Media Platforms**: Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and video ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- **Website**: Design banners, landing pages, infographics, and other website elements.
- **Print Media**: Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials.
- **Presentations**: Design presentations for internal and external use.
- **Advertising Campaigns**: Design print and digital ads.
- **Video Editing**: Edit short-form videos for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
- **Create and maintain brand guidelines for all brands within the Company.**:

- **Ensure consistency in visual branding across all marketing materials and channels.**:

- **Develop and maintain brand assets, such as logos, color palettes, and typography.**2
- **Collaborate with the team to create visually engaging social media content.**:

- **Support the team in creating and producing marketing videos and other multimedia content.**:

- **Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices.**:

- **Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on marketing campaigns.**:

- **Proficiently use design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing software.**

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proven portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills and a creative eye.**:

- **2-4 years of experience in graphic design.**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)**:

- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing software.**:

- **Strong understanding of visual communication principles and design trends.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- **Strong attention to detail and3 accuracy.**:

- **Ability to meet deadlines.**

Pay: ₹10,244.78 - ₹25,000.00 per month
