Salary Range: Rs. 5.40 to 6.0 Lacs Per Annum Lacs Per Annum or Rs. 45,000 to 50,000 Per Month.

Job Role:
Job Description / Responsibilities, Goals and Scope:
01) Design Creation: Create visually engaging graphics for digital platforms, print materials, presentations, social media, and more. Ensure designs align with PR goals and brand identities.

02) Conceptualization: Work with the PR and marketing teams to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that effectively communicate client messages.

03) Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual identity across projects while adhering to clients' brand guidelines.

04) Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, coordinating with team members and clients to meet deadlines. Structured calendars to be sent prior.

05) Visual Storytelling: Translate complex ideas into visually appealing graphics, effectively conveying stories and messages.

06) Digital and Print Design: Design graphics for both online and offline materials, including social media posts, website graphics, brochures, and event materials.

07) Photo Editing: Retouch and enhance images to fit overall design aesthetics.

08) Stay Current: Keep up with Lifestyle design trends and best practices to introduce fresh ideas.

09) Client Collaboration: Understand client needs, incorporate feedback, and deliver designs that exceed expectations.

Key Skills Required:
01) Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

02) Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on lifestyle, F&B, and hospitality sectors from an agency background. A strong, diverse portfolio is essential. Would be better to share some of the past work case studies where you've helped build a brand story for social media.

03) Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software. Video editing experience is a plus.

04) Creativity: Strong design aesthetic with expertise in layout composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.

04) Salary Range: A salary of Rs. 5.75 to 6.0 Lacs Per Annum Lacs Per Annum or Rs. 48,000 to 50,000 Per Month.

05) Job Type: Permanent

06) Working Days: Monday to Friday.

07) Communication and Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts.

08) Ability to manage multiple projects, work within deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

09) Adaptability: Open to feedback and willing to refine designs to meet client and team expectations.
