Provide **day-to-day technical support** for hardware (PCs, gaming consoles, networking devices, printers, CCTV, etc.) and software used across Woop
- Monitor and maintain **network infrastructure**: routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points; ensure **uptime and performance**.
- Coordinate with **third-party vendors** and service providers for hardware repairs, software licensing, and specialized support.
- Execute **regular backups**, monitor system performance and storage, and assist with **disaster recovery** processes.
- Maintain **helpdesk logs** (tickets), ensure proper documentation of issues and resolutions, and track metrics like resolution time.
- **Train staff** (Woop supervisors, attendants, managers) on usage of IT systems, basic troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Assist with **IT asset management**: maintain inventory register, coordinate equipment issuance and returns, track warranties.
- Participate in **IT-related projects**, e.g., deployment of new gaming software, infrastructure upgrades, or network expansions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
