- ** VMware Technologies**: Strong experience with **VMware vSphere**, **ESXi**, **vCenter**, and managing VMware clusters, vMotion, Storage vMotion, and related technologies.
- ** Cloud Platforms**: Proficiency in **AWS**, **Azure**, and **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**, including resource provisioning, networking, and cost management.
- ** Cloud Orchestration & IaC**: Expertise with **Terraform**, **AWS CloudFormation**, **Azure Resource Manager**, and **Google Cloud Deployment Manager** for automating infrastructure provisioning.
- ** Linux Administration**: Solid experience with **Linux** operating systems (CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu), including system configuration, performance tuning, and security hardening.
- ** Windows Server Administration**: Strong experience with **Windows Server** environments (2016, 2019, 2022), **Active Directory**, **Group Policy**, and **Hyper-V**.
- ** Scripting & Automation**: Proficiency in scripting languages such as **Bash**, **PowerShell**, or **Python** to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
- ** Cloud Security & Networking**: Experience configuring cloud networking (VPC, subnets, load balancers, security groups) and implementing security best practices across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- ** Backup & Disaster Recovery**: Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies and tools, including cloud-native services and VMware backup

**Certifications**:

- ** VMware Certified Professional (VCP)** or higher.
- ** AWS Certified Solutions Architect** - Associate or Professional, or **AWS Certified SysOps Administrator**.
- ** Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert**, or **Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate**.
- ** Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect** or **Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer**.
- ** Linux Certifications**: RHCSA, CompTIA Linux+ or similar.
- ** Infrastructure as Code Certifications**: Terraform Associate, or similar.

**Experience**
- ** 12+ years** of experience managing VMware virtual environments, **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)**, **Linux**, and **Windows server environments**.
- Strong experience with **cloud orchestration** and **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** tools like **Terraform**, **CloudFormation**, or **Azure Resource Manager**.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing cloud environments for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Experience with hybrid cloud solutions, including migration and integration of on-premises workloads with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
